Why? Because change is not managed merely through policies and procedures—it begins with attitudes, mindsets, and the core values that drive work. Because we believe that institutional transformation starts from within—from the people themselves. And because achieving positive and adaptive change is the cornerstone of administrative sustainability and long-term organizational success. How? Through direct interaction, role-playing, simulations, and teamwork, participants were able to engage with real-world scenarios and analyze them practically.
