- Discussing the challenges faced by entrepreneurs, particularly in green entrepreneurship, in Homs Governorate. - Reaching a set of proposals and solutions to address these challenges, supporting entrepreneurs, and developing their ventures. - Raising awareness among entrepreneurs and green entrepreneurs about the importance of the green transition and how to implement it in their businesses. - Exchanging experiences and expertise among entrepreneurs and green entrepreneurs across various fields. - Enhancing cooperation between supporting and active entities in the fields of entrepreneurship and the environment. - Networking between beneficiaries and active entities, which contributed to supporting young men and women who graduated from vocational training. A group of beneficiaries was accepted to receive apprenticeship opportunities within the entities participating in the forum.
On the occasion of National Environment Day 2023, under the theme "Together to Restore Our Environment," and in partnership with the Tamkeen Project and the Charity Construction Association, the event unfolded as follows: A discussion forum and an exhibition of entrepreneurial projects that attracted those interested in entrepreneurship in general and green entrepreneurship in particular in Homs Governorate. The forum took place over two days, Wednesday and Thursday, November 8-9, during which the challenges and problems faced by entrepreneurs, especially in the field of green entrepreneurship, were discussed. The forum also resulted in a set of proposals and solutions aimed at empowering entrepreneurs and developing their ventures. An exhibition of small projects supported by the Tamkeen Project or by associations and organizations in Homs was held throughout the forum days. The exhibition opened its doors to the public after 4:00 PM at the Safir Homs Hotel.
